Control with flexibility

Our Project Management ethos is to offer Control with Flexibility, as encapsulated by our Fast Forward Methodology (FFM).

FFM represents a set of tailored working procedures that combine a best fit of Prince, SSADM and other methodologies, allowing us to be responsive and structured without overburdening administration.

Projects are defined in six process stages:

Assessment
Your project team works with you to develop the project infrastructure, clearly identify your requirements and confirm project scope.

Design
Understanding your business processes needs and existing infrastructure to determine integration requirements. Internal support requirements are delineated and the deployment strategy is defined. Detailed project plans and time lines establish delivery milestones.

Implementation
Working with you to set up the development environment, configure software, customise the user interface and carry out rigorous system testing.

Deployment
Your project team works with you to plan deployment, assist in the delivery of marketing communications and manage application roll-out. The training of end users and system administrators also takes place at this stage.

Support
Support requirements are defined and a support model and plan designed. Ongoing technical support is provided by the Wax Digital helpdesk.

Growth
Your project sponsor works with you to identify and address new areas of opportunity for cost saving and efficiency gains across the enterprise.

At every stage of the process Wax Digital focuses on success, from initial discussion to implementation and beyond, identifying areas that offer additional potential for process efficiency acceleration.
