  • SAP

    Each SAP installation is unique, configured to meet every client’s specific requirements. Here at Wax Digital, our dedicated integration team has over 10 years’ experience of successfully and efficiently integrating SAP with our web3 spend management solutions.


    Leading car manufacturer Nissan utilise web3 Purchase to Pay to manage their indirect purchasing. Used by 3,000 users, in 20 countries in across Europe, their purchase to pay solution processes approximately 600,000 invoices per year. Documents are passed to and from SAP from 14 integrations in Idoc format using middleware.

    • Thousands of purchase orders are generated from 2,500 suppliers and 300 users every single year.
    • Integration points exist with Sun Systems to ensure the transaction of purchase orders, goods receipt notes, invoices, suppliers and spend is seamless for users.

  • JD Edwards

    web3 Connect streamlines integration with existing finance and other legacy systems through out-of-the-box adapters for common business systems, with JD Edwards being amongst the most common of those.


    With over 10,000 suppliers and an expenditure of over £200m annually on goods and services, web3 Purchase to Pay is utilised by 2,000 employees across the entire States of Jersey.
    Encompassing hospitals to ports, police to social services this implementation and integration delivers a unique breadth of use. Numerous interfaces were required including: business structure, users, spend on budgets and POs, all of which are securely passed to and from JDE.

    Integration with JD Edwards for other clients include Center Parcs and Calor Gas.

  • Microsoft

    All procurement activities taking place in web3 are seamlessly transposed to their underlying ledger movements and sent into the Microsoft ledgers. This drives purchasing efficiency and integration with the organisation's accounting software.

    Weetabix manage both indirect and direct spend with their purchase to pay solution. They extended this use and added eSourcing, giving them a full source to pay solution. Every year, approximately 50,000 purchase orders are raised from 1,000 suppliers, by 1,400 staff in the UK.

    Their ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 has 7 feeds in from web3 and 3 feeds out to deliver a holistic purchasing cycle.
