Used by 3,000 users, in 20 countries in across Europe their purchase to pay solution processes approximately 600,000 invoices per year.

Documents are passed to and from SAP from 14 integrations in Idoc format using middleware.

Value Retail

web3 Purchase to Pay provides a common purchasing platform for Value Retail's entire spend across 9 sites in Europe.

Thousands of purchase orders are generated from 2,500 suppliers and 300 users every single year.

Integration points exist with Sun Systems to ensure the transaction of purchase orders, goods receipt notes, invoices, suppliers and spend is seamless for users.

JD Edwards

States of Jersey

With over 10,000 suppliers and an expenditure of over £200m annually on goods and services, web3 Purchase to Pay is utilised by 2,000 employees across the entire States of Jersey.

Encompassing hospitals to ports, police to social services this implementation and integration delivers a unique breadth of use.

Numerous interfaces were required including: business structure, users, spend on budgets and POs, all of which are securely passed to and from JDE.

Integration with JD Edwards for other clients include Center Parcs and Calor Gas.



Weetabix manage both indirect and direct spend with their purchase to pay solution. They extended this use and added eSourcing, giving them a full source to pay solution.

Every year, approximately 50,000 purchase orders are raised from 1,000 suppliers, by 1,400 staff in the UK.

Their ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 has 7 feeds in from web3 and 3 feeds out to deliver a holistic purchasing cycle.
